Infrastructure and services we rely on to deliver LokZon. This list is updated as our stack evolves.
We use sub-processors that meet our security and privacy expectations. Categories below are representative; your agreement may reference a specific annex or version.
Cloud infrastructure
- Hosting / database — e.g. Neon or comparable cloud Postgres for application data and backups.
- Object storage & CDN — e.g. Cloudinary or similar for media delivery.
Product & reliability
- Analytics — e.g. Vercel Analytics / Speed Insights where enabled on marketing pages.
- Error monitoring — e.g. Sentry when configured (optional per deployment).
Communications
- Email — transactional email provider for account and order-related messages (where you enable or configure those flows).
Changes
