Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This page describes the relationship between LokZon (the processor) and you, the merchant (the controller), when you use LokZon to operate your online store. It is not a substitute for legal advice tailored to your jurisdiction.

1. Subject matter

We provide hosting, e-commerce software, and related services so you can sell products and manage your business. Processing is limited to what is needed to deliver those services and meet legal obligations.

2. Categories of data

Depending on how you use the platform, this may include account and contact details for your team, customer order and contact data you collect through your store, and technical logs needed for security and reliability.

3. Sub-processors

We use carefully selected infrastructure and service providers. See our Subprocessors page for the current list and how we assess vendors.

4. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data. See our Security page for an overview.

5. Your instructions

We process personal data on your instructions as you configure the product (for example, your store settings and content you publish). Where required by law, we will assist with requests from data subjects in line with our role and your responsibilities as controller.
