  • Transactional Data: Order details, customer delivery addresses, and payment statuses processed through your website.
  • Inventory & Content: Product images, descriptions, and stock levels you upload to our servers.
  • Financial Records: Information necessary to generate your sales reports and profit/loss statements.

We use the gathered data to provide a functional "E-commerce OS":

  • Order Fulfillment: Sharing buyer information with our integrated delivery partners (RedX, Pathao, or Steadfast) to generate parcels.
