1. General Conditions
- Authorization: You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
- Service Termination: We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Any breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.
- Platform Role: Lokzon serves as a communication and technical platform. Any contract for the sale of products is a strictly bilateral agreement between the Merchant and the Buyer. We are not responsible for unsatisfactory service, non-performance, or damages arising from transactions between Merchants and Buyers.
2. Subscription And Fees
- Pricing: Access to Lokzon’s premium features is currently provided at a monthly subscription fee of ৳399. We reserve the right to modify subscription fees with prior notice on the platform.
- Refund Policy: Except as required by law, we do not offer refunds for our Services once a subscription is activated.
- One-Time Costs: Users are responsible for any initial one-time charges, such as third-party payment gateway setup fees or custom domain purchases.
3. Domain And Hosting Strategy
- Sub-domains: Users may utilize a Lokzon-provided sub-domain (e.g., yourstore.lokzon.com) to launch their store instantly.
- Custom Domains: Merchants have the right to connect their own custom domains to the platform. Lokzon is not liable for technical issues or downtime resulting from incorrect third-party domain configurations.
4. Delivery And Logistics
- Integration: Lokzon provides technical integration with delivery partners including RedX, Pathao, and Steadfast.
- Liability: We are not liable for any issues occurring at the delivery end, including but not limited to delays, product damage, or loss of parcels by the courier service. Merchants must address delivery disputes directly with the chosen logistics partner.
5. Order And Inventory Management
- Automation: The platform facilitates order automation, allowing customers to place orders directly on the Merchant's website.
- Merchant Responsibility: Merchants are solely responsible for maintaining accurate product listings, descriptions, and inventory levels. If a product description is deceptive or inaccurate, the Merchant is responsible for reimbursing the Buyer.
- Alerts: Lokzon provides automated inventory alerts to notify Merchants when stock is low.
6. Account Security
- Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information, including usernames and passwords.
- Unauthorized Use: You must immediately notify Lokzon of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for losses resulting from a breach of your account security.
7. Analytics And Data
- Reporting: Lokzon provides merchants with one-click access to sales reports, profit/loss statements, and customer data.
- Insights: Our advanced analytics help identify top-performing products and repeat customers to help grow your business.
8. Updates And Modifications
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
